So how do we cultivate a garden of peace when our bodies don’t feel safe?

It lies in the daily practices and disciplines that help us tend to the gardens of our minds. Gain control of our senses, making the will strong in our intellect to reign in our thoughts so that the inner landscape is a sacred space that the outside world can never affect.

To support this cultivation, I would like to create an online group session where we can meet once a month to engage in sound healing, meditation, yoga, singing and community.

Exchange: Following the gift economy model, similar to the voice design program we did back in 2021.
