Beginner Bowl set
Select your Favorite Note as your base and it will be the bigger bowl 14 inches, then the 2nd note in the triad will be 11 inches and 8th will the 3rd note in the major scale.
Why don’t we offer fixed bowl sets? Because we don’t use one-size-fits-all kits. Each set should be customized to you. Not sure which bowls suit you? Email devi@vibrobath for a consultation.
Shipping & Returns
SINGING BOWL RETURNS:
HELP! MY BOWL ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
We wrap and protect your bowl and accessories like they were our infant child, all swaddled in soft bubble wrap and sometimes foam in a strong cardboard box.
If your bowl or accessory arrived damaged, it occurred during shipping and we need to put in an insurance claim! Immediately take photos of the box, the packing materials, and the damage to the item, and contact us with these images. Please save the packing materials. We need photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging. Different carriers have different requirements for damage claims. Once you contact us we will ask for specific photos. To put in a claim, we need those photos!

RETURN POLICY:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
On MOST OF THE ITEMS we sell, but NOT ALL, you can return the item to us, and as long as it is in shape to resell as new, we will refund your purchase price, less 5% fee, which covers restocking and payment processor fees.
Please be aware: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON FRICTION MALLETS/FLUMIES/RUBBER BALL due to the fact after they have been used, they cannot be sold as new.
Unless you damaged it. Or messed it up bad. Then talk to us. The refund may be less than 5%.
On a return because you do not like an item, versus a mistake on our part, Gongs Unlimited does not pay return shipping costs, nor do we refund your initial shipping cost that was from us to you.
However, if your return is due to our mess-up, or a quality problem, then we would pay shipping costs back to our main office.
SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS SINGING BOWL. I JUST KNOW IT. WILL YOU REPLACE IT?
We replace items if they are defective. It is rare, but it does happen. If you want to exchange it for the same item, contact us via email. We will ask you for a video of the offending item so we can see and hear it.
SHIPPING:
We want to ship to you the best and fastest way possible. Order before 12pm CST and we can usually process your order that day.
Shipping will be made 7 days after your order, if we do not have it in stock, otherwise it will go the next day.
Why so long for processing? That is because we are a small business and we order from our manufacturer to make your bowls, then it gets to us for inspection to make sure your bowls sounds great!
Then we ship it immediatly to you, and you will get a tracking number and email.

You can choose the type of shipping you want when you order.
We've heard you implore us thousands of times: "Can I get Free Shipping?!" WE WISH WE COULD, BUT
PLEASE NOTE: The concept of Free Shipping is just that, a concept. Someone has to pay for the shipping somewhere. For example, you can get Free Shipping on our items that are sold on Amazon, but in reality, the shipping cost is added into the item price, and so you are still paying for shipping, it is just hidden from your view, built into the item cost. That's the way... of the World...
