Experience the relaxing effects of vibroacoustic therapy, a sound-based bodywork, helping you unwind, release tension, and clear your mind with each vibration from the sound pillow.
We offer three types of private experiences:
1. Solo Private Experience: Enjoy a 60-minute session on the sound table and sound pillow. $150
2. Guided Session: Book a session with a practitioner who will be in the room to guide you through meditation and breathwork while you experience the sound table and sound pillow.
Add-on + $70
3. Full Experience: This includes everything mentioned above, plus additional reiki, aromatherapy and acupressure therapy with tuning forks

About 1:1 sessions
Our specially designed sound massage pillows and table vibrate in harmony with sound therapy frequencies and music. These vibrations help to melt away bodily tension, pain, and stress, promoting overall wellness and leaving you in a meditative, calm state.
The benefits of this therapy include stress reduction, improved circulation, optimized breathing, enhanced memory, trauma-informed (no touch) and pain relief.
