I need to cancel my session

You have until 24 hours before the session to cancel your session. We do not provide refunds for no-shows or late cancelations.

In case of emergency, we will make a one time exception provided clear and urgent communication


Post-Session Refunds:

All sales of Vibrobath sessions are final and non-refundable. 


Privacy Policies:

To ensure that all members and guests can be vulnerable and feel safe, we require absolute discretion. Anything that other members choose to discuss in the session stays in the room.


We ask that all participants respect the environment, others, and themselves during their Vibrobath experience.


If a member doesn’t follow these requirements their session is subject to immediate cancellation without opportunity for refund.

How do I get ready for my session

Be ready at least 15 minutes before the session starts to make the most of your 1-hour session.

Wear comfortable clothing

Please no heavy food before the session or empty stomach

If possible allow 30 to 45 mins after your session before booking any engagement, to ground
